The first phase of the project will focus on two districts: Rajanpur and Attock. In this pilot phase, solar systems will be given at no cost to households that use up to 200 units of electricity. This initiative will start in October, marking a significant step toward expanding solar energy access across the province.
Following the pilot phase, the project will extend to other districts in Punjab. In the second phase, residents in less developed areas who use up to 200 units of electricity will continue to receive solar systems for free.
